The staff at The Alana went out of their way to accommodate us. When our room wasn't available, they quickly upgraded us to a much nicer room. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to local eating options and convenient stalls. The rooms were clean, secure, and comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My room at this hotel was big and huge with bathroom. Incredibly nice staff members during night shift and kept the venue fairly clean. The good and perfect location was right next to Sasono Hinggil Dwi Abad.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the holiday season. Two complementary facts about the stay were well received. the hotel's key location made it easy to explore all that the city had to offer. the rooftop bar provided us with sweeping views of the city and a perfect spot to watch the countdown to the new year.

the breakfast buffet was overcrowded and lacked enough seating.

The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many restaurants and shops. The pool was small but clean and we enjoyed taking a dip after a long day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The bathroom was a bit of a problem, as the drain seemed to have issues and caused some flooding. We also found the pool area to be a bit cramped and uncomfortable, as there was not enough space and it was awkward to be in a swimming suit with people dressed in other ways around.
